My mom bought me a pair of white canvas shoes to wear. I asked if I could draw on them, and she surprised me by saying, "Sure!" I did a Minecraft theme for myself. People loved them so much that we decided to offer personalized shoes in my Etsy shop.

I currently source shoes from Target, Old Navy, and Vans. Some of my customers prefer to upgrade to other brands -- like Converse, Toms, and Hey Dudes -- and that's fine. As long as they have canvas uppers, I can use them! Let me know if you want something different, and I can build a custom order link for you.

If you have a theme or favorite colors in mind, that's great to know. I can also work off of reference pictures. My customers tend to give me a lot of artistic freedom, and that's been really fun!

Since I use permanent markers and heat set with a color extender gloss, the longevity should be there. Of course, I do recommend avoiding muddy puddles, but if you need to spot clean, that should be OK.
